staf is very nice and helpful. Due to the warm service, we have extended from 2 days 1 night into 5 days 4 night. We made friend in there. As they knew we have terrible experience in joining the local tour ourselves, they helped us to schedule. As some issues, they helped us to cancel.

The staff were very hospitable, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They were especially accommodating to our travel arrangements, that changed at the last minute. Breakfast was great, and plenty of it! The manager/ owner was a wonderful person to talk to and very much enjoyed meeting him.

The hotel is in a good location on the harbour. There are numerous shops and restaurants at the door step. The owners were very helpful and the breakfasts were generous.

The friendly and very helpfull staff. The roof terrace and the meals we enjoyed there. The location with the best view in Kusadasi.

very nice and friendly staff - except the ladies on the roof-terrace. Beautiful location right across the landing of the cruise-ships, gorgeous view on the bay. We recommand this place.

Modestly large and clean room for the price. No shampoo nor soap, but paper slippers were served. The hotel is located near the ferry port for Samos Island and very convenient for those who are going there. Bazar is just behind. Easy to walk down to the bus stop for Efesus and any other points in the city.
Do not use their laundry service. My cloths were back with dirt... I don't know... mud...?? I have paid 12 euros for that!! I noted it, unfortunately, after gone to another city... Too bad.

The staff was fantastic, very outgoing. The rooftop view was great for breakfast and sundowners. I loved our little private balcony.
The bathroom was a little bit small, but that's my only complaint.

Our family room consisted of two comfortable rooms. Staff was very cordial, warm and accomodating. Mr. Happy himself helped us with our luggage at arrival and departure and took us to the taxi stand. Dinner was well-priced, wholesome and delicious and was served at terrace with excellent views.
Breakfast table should be approachable to children. Breakfast selection should be widened.

So many things... I went with a 3 day reservation and ended up staying here for 2 weeks. That should say something. Very much felt at home here. I also ate dinner on the terrace every single night I stayed here. Great food and unreal view.
I was in a room with no AC (wasn't bad at all, I had a fan and it was more than fine) and had the window open. It could get quite loud if others windows were open. Also the internet kept going down for some reason. Small issues. Especially for what I was paying per night.

This hotel was amazing. It's right in the heart of the bazaar and across from the ocean, and all of the cafes and bars are super close too. The rooms were clean, the staff was excellent, the view on the rooftop was amazing and the breakfast was really good. Mr. Happy was so helpful. Helped with our luggage, walked us over to the Turkish bath, told us where to find all of the bars. This is by far the best value we got in any place in Turkey. I absolutely loved Kusadasi and would love to go back.
The shower is just a self standing shower with a curtain so it could get a little messy but wasn't too bad. Most of the Turkish hotels are like this.

Hasan (Mr. Happy) was the most accommodating host I've ever had anywhere. The hotel is perfectly located, with the most spectacular views from the rooftop restaurant, right next to the ferry docks, mega-shopping, restaurants. And it was really inexpensive too. What was not to like?
There was nothing I didn't like.
